Big lots, long rooflines, beautiful lights.

Why Lucas homes are a different job

Lucas, Texas is a community of larger lots, long driveways, and rooflines that stretch well past the average North Texas home. That extra square footage changes the math on holiday lighting, so we quote it honestly by the foot instead of guessing.

Many Lucas properties have tall peaks, deep gables, and wraparound rooflines that need more strand, more clips, and more careful ladder work. Because we measure your actual roofline, the price you approve is the price you pay — no surprises on install day.

We install throughout Lucas every season, and much of our work here comes from neighbors referring neighbors.

Per-foot pricing for longer rooflines

New lights, custom cut, are $5.50 per linear foot with a $500 job minimum. Re-hanging lights you already own runs $2.50 to $3.00 per foot with no minimum, and returning customers pay $2.50 to $3.25 per foot. Longer rooflines simply mean more feet — and we walk the measurement with you so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
